Shining Bright
As our social calendars begin to fill with family gatherings, celebrations and friendship catch ups, it seems we are becoming more discerning about where we want to spend our quality time…luckily for our teams across Provenance, seems you like to spend it with us!
Not a week goes by where our chefs, front of house and operational support team aren’t reviewing standards and addressing the detail to make sure each experience with us delivers memories, great food and value on every level.
And, we’re not just blowing our own trumpet! Over the last few weeks, we have been visited, ‘mystery shopped’, quizzed and questioned and challenged on all aspects of our business by some of the industry’s leading professionals. To our absolute delight, we are proud to say the whole of the Provenance group of inns and hotels is competing at the very top of its game, named a finalist of The Publican Awards 2022, and waiting with baited breath for the winner announcement, which will be made later this month.
Not only that, The Black Bull, Moulton and The Carpenters Arms, Felixkirk have made it to the final in the category of Pub of the Year, 2022 in the Flavours of Herriot Award alongside The Cleveland Tontine, who is a finalist for Restaurant of the Year. We’ve been busy!! As we continue to enter our incredible teams into awards to recognise their efforts and achievements, we also owe a lot to our guests and communities who have been so loyal and supportive. Next up, we will wait to hear if we have cut the mustard in the Richmond Business Excellence Awards, where we have entered The Black Bull into the Business Chameleon and Customer Focus categories.
To us, it is simple; we always aim to provide the warmest of Yorkshire welcomes in beautiful, safe and comfortable surrounds, serve only the very best of fresh, seasonal dishes and to ensure that each of our customers experiences the occasion they deserve with each and every visit.
We can’t wait to see you on your next visit
