Our seasonal a la carte menu celebrates the very best in Yorkshire’s local produce from both land and sea, championing our county’s farmers and producers…from fresh oysters and East Coast lobster, to the fabulous selection of vegetables from the Mount St John kitchen garden, to Grand Reserve beef seared at 400 degrees Centigrade by ‘Big Bertha’, our infamous charcoal roasting oven.
